The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. DEEPCELLS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
DeepCells does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, achieve any intended result, be compatible or work with any software, system, or other services, or be secure, accurate, complete, free of harmful code, or error-free.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DEEPCELLS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
DeepCells's total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software, if any.
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. This EULA will terminate immediately without notice from DeepCells if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
DeepCells may provide updates, modifications, or new versions of the Software. This EULA will govern any such updates unless they are accompanied by a separate license agreement. DeepCells reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time by providing notice to you.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].
If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and DeepCells concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
